Villa “Les Aloes” is a superb house built on a level site of 1600 square metres on the coast of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The villa is 20 metres from a quiet sandy beach. In front of the house there is mooring for a boat to a buoy in the Mediterranean. The villa is about 1500 metres distance from the centre of the village.

The villa is built in Provence style and is in two parts which are independent from each other and with their own entrance.

The total surface area of the house is 220 square metres.

The villa has central heating and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

There are telephone and fax facilities in the lower house as well as a television with a disk antenna (many television stations available).

Sainte Maxime is a coastal resort on the Mediterranean but is also set in delightful countryside with two golf courses (9 and 18 holes).
